The V ³ Fund is our digital impact fund made up of Values (Primary Market), Value (Secondary Market), & Ventures (Equity Investments).

The fund will finance the development of the World’s most Sustainable Food System at the Eatosystem – The Organic System.

We offer our primary digital assets to our community, these assets are later sold through our secondary market to philanthropists or corporate philanthropists at an increased value. When the assets are sold by the community it creates additional funds for the fund through royalties built into the assets smart contract. The community can also now reinvest their returns in equity in our projects, creating a virtuous circle of growth and social impact.

The community will hold a voting stake in the governance of all V ³ projects with our board of Governance & Directors. This ensures that our projects are community-driven and always have the best interests of the community at heart. We believe that this model of community-owned social impact projects is a scalable way to create positive social and environmental impact at a global scale.

The primary market or primary sale refers to the first time sale of an NFT, the secondary market or secondary sale refers to any subsequent resale of that same NFT. An equity investment is money invested in a company by purchasing shares of that company.
